Job summary
Catholic Early EdCare is seeking a Learning and Organisational Development Specialist to design engaging learning experiences that make a difference. You will lead the internal leadership program, craft eLearning and facilitator guides, and partner with Trainers to implement programs across services.
You will drive engagement initiatives, help shape organisational culture, and contribute to Centacare projects.
Qualifications
- 3+ years in learning and development with instructional design experience.
- Ability to design and implement leadership or capability programs.
- Experience turning data into actionable insights and reporting in Excel.
Responsibilities
- Lead the development, roll-out and evaluation of the internal leadership program.
- Design engaging learning content from eLearning to facilitator guides and workbooks.
- Collaborate with Trainers to bring programs to life across services.
- Deliver engagement initiatives that foster connection and belonging.
- Contribute to organisational development projects with Centacare.
- Develop policies, procedures and SOPs to support strategy.
- Translate data into insights to guide leaders' actions.
