• Deliver induction, compliance, leadership and operational training across CEEC services.

About The Role

We are seeking an engaging and experienced Trainer to join our Learning & Organisational Development (L&OD) team at Catholic Early EdCare. This newly created role is focused on delivering high-quality training programs designed by our L&D and OD specialists, supporting capability, compliance, and consistency across the organisation. This is a delivery-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys facilitation, working directly with teams, and bringing learning to life.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Deliver induction, compliance, leadership, safeguarding, and operational training across CEEC services and support office
• Facilitate engaging face-to-face and virtual training sessions
• Work closely with the L&D and OD Specialists to ensure training is delivered as intended
