POSITION DESCRIPTION
The purpose of this position is to enhance and support in the development of the professional capabilities of our St Nicholas workforce.
The Professional Learning Lead will be responsible for designing, implementing and evaluating a comprehensive learning and development program to ensure all employees have the capabilityto perform at best practice standards across the Early Education Framework.
