Job summary

Catholic Early EdCare is seeking a Learning and Organisational Development Specialist to design, roll out and evaluate leadership initiatives, and to create engaging learning experiences across CEEC and Centacare. You will partner with Trainers to deliver programs, foster a culture of learning, and turn data into actionable insights.

With 3+ years in L&D, you will shape policies, drive engagement, and support organisational development projects, including our internal leadership program and

Qualifications

• 3+ years experience in learning and development with strong instructional design skills and authoring tools (e.g. Articulate 360).
• Strong graphic design skills and a great eye for layout and visual style (e.g. Adobe Creative Cloud).
• Experience designing, rolling out and evaluating leadership or capability programs, backed by strong project management skills.
• Experience delivering culture, engagement or employee experience initiatives, and confidence using data and Excel to show impact.
• Current Queensland Blue Card (Working with Children Check), or willingness to obtain.

Responsibilities

• Lead the development, roll-out and evaluation of the internal leadership program and shape leadership capability across CEEC.
• Design and build engaging, great-looking learning from eLearning to facilitator guides and workbooks.
• Collaborate with our Trainers to bring programs to life across our services.
• Deliver engagement initiatives that build connection and belonging all year round.
