Job summary

Hollard Insurance is seeking a Manager, Risk Frameworks and Methodology in Sydney for a newly created 12-month fixed-term role to shape the risk tools and support the Risk Culture Action Plan. This pivotal position leads Line 1 risk methodologies and dashboards, with strong focus on practical tools and enterprise risk standards.

You will partner with multiple stakeholders to design, test and rollout improved risk profiles, reporting and acceptance processes, delivering BAU ownership by project

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing risk profiles, RCSA, KRIs, risk appetite metrics or risk reporting.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and uplift of Line 1 risk methodologies, tools, templates and guidance.
• Redesign functional risk profiling and extend it to critical operations, aligned to CPS 230.
• Design key risk indicators, thresholds and dashboards aligned to the Risk Appetite Statement.
• Design the revised risk reporting template and a standardised risk acceptance approach.
• Partner with RCA, Line 2 Risk and Compliance and business stakeholders to co-design and test methods, support rollout and hand each methodology over to BAU ownership before the end of the term.
