Job summary

Hollard Insurance Company in Australia seeks a Manager, Risk Frameworks and Methodology to shape risk tools, monitor risk, and support decision-making. This 12-month fixed-term role will deliver the Risk Culture Action Plan, reporting to senior risk leadership.

You will lead development of Line 1 risk methodologies, profiling, and dashboards across the organisation. The role requires practical risk management experience in financial services, familiarity with APRA standards, and strong

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing risk profiles, RCSA, KRIs, risk appetite metrics, and risk reporting.
• Ability to translate enterprise frameworks into practical tools the business will use.
• Strong knowledge of APRA prudential standards CPS 220 and CPS 230.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design and uplift of Line 1 risk methodologies, tools, templates and guidance.
• Redesign functional risk profiling and extend to critical operations.
• Design key risk indicators, thresholds and dashboards.
• Design revised risk reporting templates and standardized risk acceptance.
• Collaborate with RCA, Line 2, and stakeholders to test methods and hand over to BAU.
