Job summary

Thermo Fisher Scientific Australia is seeking a Product Specialist - Laboratory Chemicals to drive revenue growth across Queensland, New South Wales and New Zealand. This field-based role collaborates with KAMs, Field Sales and Technical Support to deliver analytical reagents, high-purity solvents and specialty chemicals.

You will manage end-to-end sales, identify opportunities, and provide technical, application-focused solutions while maintaining a robust pipeline and accurate forecasts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor or higher degree in Chemistry or related science with relevant industry experience.
• Minimum 3 years of sales experience in laboratory chemicals or scientific consumables.
• Proven track record of achieving sales targets and building customer relationships.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute territory and account strategies to grow revenue and market share.
• Identify, qualify, and convert new business while expanding relationships within existing accounts.
• Understand customer workflows to recommend products and value-added solutions.
• Maintain a strong sales pipeline and deliver forecasts within ±5%.
