Job summary

CVS Australia is seeking a Level 1 IT Helpdesk Analyst in a full time, permanent role. This remote position supports users by phone, email and ticketing system, helping deliver reliable IT services across the organisation.

You will troubleshoot Level 1 hardware, software, connectivity and access issues in Microsoft 365, Intune and Entra ID, contribute to projects, and help enhance the value IT adds to the business. Strong communication and problem solving are essential.

Qualifications

• Foundational IT helpdesk experience.
• Excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Capability in Microsoft 365 applications and Windows environments, identity management concepts.

Responsibilities

• Provide Level 1 technical support via phone, email and ticketing systems.
• Troubleshoot and resolve Level 1 hardware, software, connectivity and user access issues (Microsoft 365 administration and support, device management through Microsoft Intune, identity and access management using Microsoft Entra ID).
• Contribute to technology projects, continuously improving the ways IT adds value to the organisation.
