01.tech is seeking a seasoned Business Analyst to analyze and redesign complex internal processes, with a focus on Jira-driven automation and enterprise system integration.

You will collaborate across HR, Finance, IT, and operations to document AS-IS processes, map dependencies, and define TO-BE improvements. Remote or modern office options are available, with a culture of autonomy and ownership.

Qualifications

• Experience analyzing, mapping, and redesigning complex internal processes using AS-IS / TO-BE methodology.
• Ability to gather and align requirements across multiple business functions.
• Understanding of enterprise system integrations, including APIs and data exchange.
• Hands-on Jira experience with workflows, automation, and task management.
• Strong communication and facilitation skills for cross-team alignment.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and document existing business processes (AS-IS) through interviews and workshops with HR, Finance, Security, Operations, Localization, IT, and other departments.
• Identify undocumented workflows, manual tasks, bottlenecks, and gaps in information flow.
• Map processes, define owners, inputs/outputs, and dependencies between systems.
• Design optimized TO-BE future-state processes with standardization and automation opportunities.
• Gather and document requirements across stakeholders and define acceptance criteria.
• Define integration scenarios between Jira and other enterprise systems, including data flows and error handling.
• Translate requirements into actionable Jira specifications and validate delivered changes against criteria.
• Maintain process documentation and a backlog of improvements.
