Job summary

Curiosity Tree Early Education is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team in a flexible, work-from-home capacity. This permanent part-time role focuses on end-to-end recruitment for our childcare centres, maintaining a warm, professional candidate experience from screen to offer.

You’ll screen resumes, shortlist candidates for centres, coordinate interviews, and manage pre-employment checks, while staying the main point of contact for applicants.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 3 years’ recruitment experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience in childcare or teaching sector is highly regarded.
• Experience using Employment Hero is advantageous.
• Home office with a computer capable of running Teams video calls.
• Willingness to conduct occasional 15-minute screening interviews in the evening.

Responsibilities

• Screen resumes and match candidates to roles across childcare centres.
• Recommend shortlisted candidates to centre and senior management.
• Coordinate face-to-face interviews onsite with management.
• Manage pre-employment checks and close vacancies when filled.
• Be the main point of contact for candidates, ensuring prompt, warm communication.
