Job summary

Curiosity Tree Early Education is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner to join our People & Culture team in a 100% work-from-home, part-time capacity. You will own the end-to-end candidate experience from screening to offer and act as the friendly face of our growing childcare network.

You’ll screen resumes, shortlist candidates, arrange interviews, and manage pre-employment checks while maintaining strong candidate communication. A Blue Card is preferred and a home office setup is essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years recruitment experience in high-volume environments.
• Experience in childcare or teaching sector preferred.
• Blue Card (Working With Children) or willingness to obtain one.
• Home office with a computer capable of running Teams video calls.

Responsibilities

• Screen resumes and match candidates to roles across our childcare centres.
• Recommend shortlisted candidates to centre and senior management.
• Coordinate face-to-face interviews onsite with management.
• Manage pre-employment checks and close vacancies once filled.
• Be the main point of contact for candidates, keeping communication prompt and professional.
