Job summary

Curiosity Tree Early Education is seeking an experienced Talent Acquisition Partner to lead end-to-end recruitment for our growing network of childcare centres, from initial screen to offer. This remote, part-time role fits flexible hours around school routines and peak hiring periods.

You’ll own candidate experience and partner with our People & Culture team, reporting to the People & Culture Lead, with a focus on fast, professional communication and high-volume hiring at multiple centres.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of recruitment experience in a high-volume environment.
• Experience in childcare or teaching sector is highly regarded.
• Blue Card (Working With Children) or willingness to obtain one is required.
• Home office with a computer capable of running Teams video calls.

Responsibilities

• Screen resumes and match candidates to roles across childcare centres.
• Recommend shortlisted candidates to centre and senior management.
• Coordinate face-to-face interviews onsite with management.
• Manage pre-employment checks and close vacancies when filled.
• Be the main point of contact for candidates with prompt, warm communication.
