Job summary

Humanitix is hiring a Senior Software Engineer, Integrations in Sydney to shape how our platform connects with external systems. You will extend and harden the public API so hosts, developers and partners can build on our platform, and grow MCP integrations enabling AI agents to interact with Humanitix data.

You will work with partners like Google and HubSpot, designing secure patterns and thorough documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience designing or consuming APIs at scale.
• Excellent documentation and testing discipline.
• Strong understanding of secure, scalable application design.
• Experience integrating with third-party platforms/partners.
• Curiosity and eagerness to learn.

Responsibilities

• Extend and harden the public API to enable external hosts, developers and partners to build on Humanitix.
• Build and maintain MCP integrations for AI assistants and agents to interact with Humanitix data.
• Grow integrations with external partners such as Google and HubSpot, covering listings, sync, payments, and reconciliation.
• Design integration patterns that are secure, well-documented and easy for internal and external teams to adopt.
• Own problems end-to-end from API design and data sync through monitoring, error handling and partner support.
