Job summary

Dabble is expanding its People & Culture function and seeks a People Partnering Manager to lead the People Partnering team across three time zones and partner directly with Executives, GMs and Heads of across the business.

You will coach leaders through complex people decisions, support performance, capability, and growth, and drive organisational design and change as the company scales. This is a hands-on leadership role in a remote-first workplace.

Qualifications

• Strong experience in People Partnering or HRBP roles leading teams.
• Experience in mature but fast-moving environments.
• Hands-on leadership balancing strategy and day-to-day needs.
• Proven ability to partner with executives and senior leaders.
• Experience with performance management, remuneration, and ER.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the People Partnering team across multiple regions, setting clear priorities and building capability across the team.
• Partner with Executives, GMs and Heads of, becoming a trusted advisor on people, performance, capability and organisational decisions.
• Coach leaders and people managers to lift their capability across performance, feedback, development and challenging conversations.
• Lead Dabble’s performance and remuneration cycles, including leader engagement, calibration and outcome conversations.
• Manage complex performance and employee relations matters end-to-end, applying strong judgement across business, people and legal considerations.
• Lead workforce and succession planning, helping leaders understand the capability, structure and talent they need as Dabble grows.
• Drive learning, leadership development and career growth initiatives that build capability across the business.
• Support organisational design and change initiatives, helping leaders and their teams navigate growth and transformation.
• Use people and workforce data to identify trends, risks and opportunities and turn these into practical recommendations for leaders
• Identify opportunities to improve our people frameworks, processes and ways of working as the business continues to scale
