Qualifications

• Solid background in HVAC service and fault diagnosis.
• Experience with residential and commercial air conditioning equipment.
• Ability to interpret technical reports and propose practical solutions.
• Experience with service quoting, estimating, or repair recommendations.
• Excellent written communication and attention to detail.
• Comfort with job management systems and general administration.
• Strong time management and ability to work independently.
• Professional customer service approach and technician support.

Responsibilities

• Act as technical contact for field service technicians.
• Assess completed service reports and identify follow-up work.
• Produce accurate quotations for repairs and replacements.
• Coordinate with technicians to resolve complex issues.
• Manage customer inquiries and communicate recommended solutions.
• Oversee outstanding jobs, follow-up work and service documentation.
• Liaise with suppliers regarding parts, equipment and warranty matters.
• Collaborate with the wider team to improve service processes.
