Job summary

Future Generation Snowy 2.0 is seeking HR/IR Advisors to support leaders, employees, subcontractors and unions across awards, EAs and legislation on Snowy 2.0 construction sites.

This hands-on, advisory role requires clear communication, sound judgement and resilience to work in a cold, remote alpine environment. You will operate on a 14/7 DIDO/FIFO roster and contribute to culture, workforce initiatives and training.

Qualifications

• HR/IR experience (construction preferred).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Confidence working across all workforce levels.
• Resilience to work in cold, remote locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR/IR advice across Awards, EAs and legislation.
• Support performance, conduct, investigations, and dispute resolution.
• Manage union engagement and respond to industrial issues.
• Coordinate subcontractor compliance and mobilisation.
• Deliver training and contribute to culture and workforce initiatives.
