Job summary

WeBuild is hiring HR and IR Advisors for the Snowy 2.0 project, based in Cooma. The role is hands-on, supporting leaders, employees, subcontractors, and unions across HR and industrial relations matters in a remote alpine environment.

You will provide advice across Awards, EAs and legislation, support investigations, manage union engagement, coordinate subcontractor compliance, and deliver training to strengthen culture and workforce initiatives.

Qualifications

• Experience advising on HR/IR across awards and legislation.
• Ability to handle investigations and dispute resolution.
• Experience engaging with unions and industrial relations matters.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR/IR advice across Awards, EAs and legislation.
• Support performance, conduct, investigations, and dispute resolution.
• Manage union engagement and respond to industrial issues.
• Coordinate subcontractor compliance and mobilisation.
