Job summary

Evolus is seeking a Multi-Channel Manager to drive sales growth and establish the Evolus brand across Australia. You will work remotely/field-based, covering North West Victoria and South Australia, collaborating with medical, sales, and marketing teams to craft territory plans and execute high-impact programs.

The role demands extensive healthcare sales experience, strategic thinking, and strong analytical and communication skills to build long-term customer partnerships and achieve territory

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
• Extensive experience and demonstrated success in healthcare sales.
• Proven track record of identifying, developing, and closing new business opportunities.
• Strong account management and territory planning capabilities.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to translate plans into measurable results.
• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret sales and market data.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver sales targets and business objectives within the assigned territory.
• Identify, develop, and convert new business opportunities while maintaining strong relationships with existing customers.
• Develop and execute strategic territory and account plans using the Evolus CRM platform.
• Utilize the Evolus Service Platform (eSP) to support healthcare professionals with marketing, education, and practice-management solutions.
• Partner cross-functionally with Medical Affairs and KOLs to communicate scientific data and product benefits effectively.
• Conduct impactful sales presentations, educational programs, promotional activities, and customer events.
