Kelly+Partners is seeking an experienced Marketing Manager to own and execute marketing initiatives that strengthen brand awareness, drive client engagement, and support growth across our offices in Australia, the United States, and Ireland. This hands-on role suits a marketer who thrives on ownership and tangible impact, reporting to senior leaders in a founder-led, fast-growing environment.

You will work close to the work, supporting strategy, executing plans, and delivering with urgency.

Qualifications

• Degree-qualified in Marketing, Business, or a related discipline.
• 5+ years of hands-on marketing experience.
• Experience in founder-led organisations or rapid-growth environments.
• Strong HubSpot CRM and marketing automation skills.
• Able to balance strategic thinking with day-to-day execution.
• Commercially minded with a teamwork focus.

Responsabilités

• Lead and personally execute marketing initiatives aligned to growth objectives.
• Translate strategy into high-impact marketing activity.
• Own client communications and marketing automation including email programs, newsletters, and workflows.
• Own website performance, SEO, and digital experience improvements.
• Lead paid digital campaigns across Google Ads, LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube.
• Shape, manage, and protect Kelly+Partners' social media presence and brand.
• Contribute to thought leadership across blogs, podcasts, and campaigns.
• Own marketing performance reporting and continuous improvement.
