Alignerr is expanding its GRC team to support AI training projects. We seek a remote, hourly-contract GRC Analyst with practical experience in governance, risk management, and compliance to shape how AI systems reason about risk.

You will review policies, map controls, and validate documentation across SOC 2, ISO 27001, and NIST while contributing to data quality for AI evaluation. Flexible hours and global collaboration are offered.

Qualifikationen

• 2+ years hands-on experience in GRC, compliance, or risk management.
• Solid working knowledge of SOC 2, ISO 27001, NIST, or similar frameworks.
• Ability to read, interpret, and critique policy and audit documentation.
• Precise, detail-oriented, and strong in written reasoning.
• Self-motivated and able to work asynchronously.

About The Role

We're partnering with the world's leading AI research labs to build smarter, safer AI — and we need real GRC practitioners to make it happen. As a GRC Analyst on this project, your hands-on experience with compliance frameworks, risk management, and security policy will directly shape how AI systems understand and reason about governance and risk.

This isn't a traditional compliance role. You'll be working at the frontier of AI development, helping evaluate and validate the kinds of complex, real-world scenarios that only seasoned practitioners truly understand.
