Qualifications

• Masters or PhD in a quantitative field like data science, statistics, or CS.
• Strong foundation in supervised/unsupervised learning, DL, NLP, or big data tech.
• Able to clearly communicate complex ideas in writing.
• Exceptionally detail-oriented with a keen eye for errors.
• Self-directed and able to work independently on tasks.
• No prior AI annotation experience required.

Responsibilities

• Design Expert Challenges spanning advanced topics like hyperparameter tuning and Bayesian inference.
• Author rigorous, step-by-step ground-truth solutions with Python/R, SQL, and math.
• Audit AI-generated code using Scikit-Learn, PyTorch, and TensorFlow for quality.
• Sharpen AI reasoning by identifying data leakage and overfitting patterns.
• Document failure modes to harden AI systems against misuse.
