Job summary

Jones Lang LaSalle Incorporated is seeking a Transaction Manager to support a government account. You will own end-to-end transaction management across a portfolio, including lease events, market rent reviews, and make-good negotiations, coordinating with landlords, valuers and client-appointed advisors to ensure alignment with operational property needs.

You will work with Relationship Directors, Property Managers and National Transaction Managers to deliver precise, compliant, and timely

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years' experience in property transactions and related services.
• Ability to manage multiple complex issues concurrently under tight deadlines.
• Strong client service and communication skills.
• Ability to obtain AGSVA clearance and related clearances.
• Must be an Australian citizen.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end lifecycle of lease events and key dates for the client portfolio.
• Negotiate leases, renewals, licenses and use agreements to support service delivery.
• Lead market rent reviews, coordinating with landlords, valuers, and client representatives.
• Oversee make-good negotiations through to settlement with multiple stakeholders.
• Conduct market searches with external engagement and prepare market recommendations.
• Maintain Occupancy Agreements for all leased properties occupied by client agencies.
• Provide market insight for client reports, presentations and dashboards.
• Seek formal client instructions on all transactions and maintain audit trails.
• Build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders through regular communication.
