Job summary

EER Poland is hiring a Google Ads Media Buyer (E-commerce) for a fully remote role aligned with EU core hours. You will own ecommerce accounts, optimize campaigns, test strategies, and report results to clients.

The role emphasizes data-driven decision making, ROI focus, and close collaboration with a global client base. Ideal candidates have proven ecommerce ad experience, GA4/GTM proficiency, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing Google Ads campaigns for ecommerce brands.
• Strong understanding of Search, Shopping, Performance Max and Display.
• Experience with KPIs such as ROAS, CAC, MER and revenue growth.
• Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts.
• Analytical mindset with ability to spot trends and optimization opportunities.
• Hands-on with GA4 and knowledge of GTM.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Responsibilities

• Manage and optimize Google Ads campaigns across Search, Shopping, Performance Max and Display.
• Own performance of assigned client accounts to drive revenue growth and profitability.
• Develop testing frameworks for structure, bidding, audiences and creatives.
• Analyze performance and translate data into optimization plans.
• Monitor ROAS, MER, CAC and spend efficiency.
• Collaborate with internal media buying specialists to resolve challenges.
• Provide feedback on creative development and ad copy.
• Ensure accurate tracking via GA4 and GTM.
• Maintain clear client communication via Slack, reports and meetings.
• Stay updated on Google Ads best practices and trends.
