G4S Australia and New Zealand is seeking a Talent Acquisition Advisor to support managers across Australia and New Zealand. You will lead end-to-end recruitment for court security officers and other roles, working within a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in Talent Acquisition or HR is preferred.
• Strong internal and external stakeholder management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication abilities.
• Understanding of Award Principles.

Aufgaben

• Proactively recruit and build candidate pools for Court Security Officers across Victoria.
• End-to-end management of high-volume recruitment from job briefs to employment contracts.
• Schedule interviews and provide candidate feedback.
• Maintain active candidate pipelines to meet operational staffing needs.
• Manage candidates and workflows in Springboard ATS.
• Source candidates on Seek Premium Talent Search and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Coordinate pre-employment checks and rights to work verifications as per policy.
