Job summary

ARBEX Millicent Mill is seeking an experienced Occupational Health & Return to Work Coordinator to support employee wellbeing, injury management and compliance. Based at Millicent, you will work with the Health & Safety team and Operations Leaders to deliver a holistic approach to health, safety and wellbeing across our workforce.

Qualifications

• Return-to-Work coordination experience with RTW legislation, early intervention and health programs.
• Experience in occupational health, injury management or rehabilitation coordination.
• Understanding of psychosocial hazards and mental health support pathways.
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills across all organisational levels.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate Return-to-Work plans, claims and stakeholder relationships with professional advice.
• Deliver occupational health support and provide data to inform wellbeing policies.
• Promote wellbeing resources, including EAP, counselling and employee support services.
• Maintain accurate, confidential records and systems, supporting audit readiness and self-insurance compliance.
