Job summary

Acclaimed Workforce in Melbourne is seeking an experienced Return to Work Coordinator to oversee RTW systems and processes, ensuring compliance and timely outcomes.

You will work with employees, medical providers, insurers and leaders to coordinate cases, maintain records and drive safety initiatives in a hands-on role.

Qualifications

• Return to Work Coordinator certification is highly desirable
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise competing tasks
• High attention to detail and a proactive approach to problem-solving
• Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with others
• A willingness to share knowledge and contribute to improving processes and efficiency

Responsibilities

• Coordinate return to work function and manage cases effectively
• Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
• Maintain accurate case notes, records and reporting
• Conduct incident investigations and manage corrective actions
• Conduct workplace assessments
• Contribute to our quality and safety program and continuous improvement
• Provide safety advice and facilitate toolbox meetings, including preparing relevant data

This is a hands-on opportunity for an experienced Return to Work professional to coordinate RTW systems and processes, ensuring compliance and supporting safe, timely outcomes.
