Job summary

Anyone AI is seeking FP&A Analysts to develop realistic tasks that test AI agents’ ability to analyze business performance and support financial planning. You will create original tasks and reference models, then evaluate agents working with spreadsheets, planning software, and financial datasets.

Requirements include 3+ years in FP&A or related fields, strong financial modeling skills, and advanced Excel or Google Sheets proficiency, with fluent English communication.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of FP&A, corporate finance, or financial planning experience.
• Strong financial modeling skills and understanding of income statement, balance sheet, and cash flow.
• Advanced proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets.
• Fluent English with strong written communication.

Responsibilities

• Design tasks involving budgeting, forecasting, variance analysis, cash flow planning, unit economics, and scenario modeling.
• Build reference solutions with transparent formulas, documented assumptions, and reconciled financial outputs.
• Evaluate agents combining financial and operational data, identifying performance drivers, and updating forecasts.
• Define criteria for model integrity, calculation accuracy, analytical depth, and usefulness of recommendations.
• Identify formula errors, inconsistent assumptions, double counting, and unsupported business conclusions.
