The role emphasizes discovery, governance, and alignment with strategic priorities, with opportunities to shape automation, data initiatives and platform modernisation across Australia and abroad.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering software/technology projects in complex environments.
• Proven track record of managing initiatives from planning through to execution.
• Experience working with offshore or distributed delivery teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage software, technology and transformation projects across internal, external and offshore delivery teams.
• Establish governance frameworks, reporting cadences and delivery disciplines across a complex portfolio.
• Create visibility of status, timelines, risks, dependencies and delivery outcomes for executive stakeholders.
• Facilitate steering committees, project forums, delivery reviews and stakeholder workshops.
• Work closely with business leaders, product managers, business analysts, architects, engineers and vendors.
• Coordinate activities across geographically dispersed teams operating across multiple time zones.
• Track project milestones and ensure delivery remains aligned to objectives and timelines.
• Identify, manage and escalate risks and issues.
