SuperEd Pty Ltd in Australia seeks a Tech Savvy Finance and Operations Manager to be the strategic right hand to the CEO and leadership team, owning financial discipline, commercial insights and the operational backbone of growth.

You'll thrive on hands-on leadership, build dashboards, manage month-end close with external providers, and drive process improvements in a remote-first, tech-enabled environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Data Science, Engineering or related field.
• At least 5 years of relevant experience.
• Expert-level proficiency in Xero and leading edge SAS tools.
• Strong financial modelling and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Comfortable working in a remote-first, tech-driven environment.

Responsabilités

• Strategic partnership with CEO to drive financial strategy and reporting.
• Lead month-end close and KPI reporting through dashboards.
• Budgeting, forecasting, and cash flow analysis for commercial insights.
• Oversee bookkeeping and management accounting with external providers.
• Support BAS, GST, audits and ISO27001 security audits.
