Scale Suite Pty seeks a senior finance professional to lead a portfolio of Australian clients, owning end-to-end processes from close to payroll and BAS. You will set standards for output and review the team’s work before it reaches founders.

You will tackle migrations, reconciliations and file cleanups in MYOB and build tailored monthly packs and cash views that owners rely on for decision-making.

Qualifications

• CA or CPA credential and ownership of lodgement.
• 3+ years running an Australian finance function including close, BAS and payroll.
• Fluency with Xero and ability to adapt to AI-enabled workflows.

Responsabilités

• Own clients end-to-end: close, payroll oversight, BAS, cash and payments.
• Review team outputs and sign off on final work.
• Build monthly packs and cash view used by owners.
