Cater Care is seeking a dynamic FIFO Village Manager to lead remote site operations across our Far North Queensland mining village network. You will take full ownership of site facilities, manage a service team, and maintain strong client relationships on a 14/7 roster with ex-Cairns flights provided.

The role requires proven remote-site leadership, strong commercial acumen, and experience with site P&L management.

Qualifications

• Experience leading remote site operations in hospitality or accommodation facilities.
• Proven ability to manage site P&L, labour, and food costs.
• Familiarity with accommodation reservation software (VAMS/SAMS/RMS).

Responsabilités

• Oversee daily village operations including catering, accommodation, housekeeping and facilities.
• Manage accommodation reservations using VAMS, SAMS or RMS.
• Take full financial control of site P&L with focus on labour and food costs.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary site team and promote safety culture.
• Act as primary on-site contact to maintain client relationships.
