Cater Care is seeking a Site Manager to lead remote hospitality operations across mining village sites. You will oversee accommodation and catering, drive service excellence, and champion safety and cost control.

• Stable and progressive management experience within a remote or village environment.
• Certificate III in Commercial Cookery is desirable.
• Experience with accommodation reservation systems and strong administrative skills.
• Proven track record in managing P&L and cost control.
• Resilient, professional, and customer service oriented.

Responsabilidades

• Managing all site and contract-scoped accommodation and catering services.
• Overseeing accommodation reservation systems (VAMS, SAMS, RMS) smoothly and efficiently.
• Taking full responsibility for financial performance and P&L, with a focus on labor and food costs.
• Fostering impeccable client relationships and ensuring exceptional customer service.
• Leading, developing, and mentoring a dedicated on-site team.
