DDH1 Drilling Pty Ltd is seeking a Field Supervisor to join the team. You will coordinate between company departments and client representatives, using extensive drilling knowledge to support safe, efficient core recovery and production in the field.

The role requires driving field safety, supervising driller crews, and ensuring alignment with drilling programs. This is a field-based FIFO role with roster rotations and a focus on safety and operational excellence.

Formación

• 7-10 years experience in multi-purpose drilling.
• Cert IV in Drilling Operations.
• Current Heavy Rigid Driver's licence.
• Current National Police clearance.
• Fatigue Management training.
• ICAM or equivalent WHS incident investigation training.
• Current Senior First Aid certificate or equivalent.

Responsabilidades

• Ensuring Duty Of Care in all work activities and for personnel under their supervision.
• Ensuring compliance with HSE regulations and site rules.
• Assisting Drillers and Trainees in safe procedures and equipment care.
• Understanding drilling program terms and liaising with client for successful completion.
• Applying sound management practices within their competence range.
• Providing direction and leadership for drilling and maintenance.
• Promoting the company’s business positively at all times.
• Maintaining high standards of personal presentation and conduct on site.

Conocimientos

Willingness to travel to remote sites

Interpersonal and communication skills

Knowledge of Mines Safety Act and WHS

Educación

Cert IV in Drilling Operations

Current Heavy Vehicle Driver's Licence (HR)

National Police clearance

Fatigue Management training

ICAM or WHS incident investigation training

Senior First Aid certificate
