Job summary
DDH1 Drilling in Australia is seeking experienced Field Service Drill Fitters to support the maintenance of surface and underground diamond drilling rigs across remote mining sites. You will perform breakdown repairs, scheduled maintenance, fault finding on hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic and electrical systems, and provide technical guidance to drilling operations while upholding safety standards.

Qualifications
- Australian recognised Heavy Diesel Trade Qualification.
- Full Australian Working Rights.
- Experience troubleshooting hydraulic and mechanical systems on drilling equipment.
Responsibilities
- Perform field service breakdown repairs and fault diagnosis on drilling equipment (surface and underground).
- Conduct scheduled maintenance and preventative maintenance activities.
- Diagnose and repair hydraulic, mechanical, pneumatic and electrical systems.
- Carry out major component changes and repairs.
- Interpret hydraulic and electrical schematics.
- Complete maintenance reports and service documentation.
- Provide technical support to drilling operations.
- Maintain field service vehicles and tooling.
- Travel to remote mine sites and exploration projects as required.
