Job summary

BCD Travel invites Expressions of Interest from experienced Entertainment Travel Consultants to be considered for future opportunities within our Media and Entertainment team. In this role you will deliver end-to-end travel management services to clients in the music, advertising, TV and film sectors.

The successful candidate will have a passion for entertainment travel, strong customer service skills, and experience with SABRE/Amadues.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in entertainment travel consulting.
• Strong customer service and relationship management skills.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience using SABRE and AMADUES travel booking platforms.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Responsibilities

• Plan and sell travel services including air and ground transport, accommodation, and other related travel services.
• Provide expert consultation and manage flight reservation processes, ticket issuance, and reissues.
• Fully service inquiries, bookings and ticketing to BCD standards.
• Support and action post-booking queries, rectifying changes and processing reissues.
• Remain calm under pressure with excellent attention to detail.
• Anticipate challenges and provide proactive client support.
• Understand and support talent movements with confidence and confidentiality.
• Manage location and large group movements and complex itineraries.
• Willingly support team members within and across teams.
• Understand and apply travel supplier rules.
• Adhere to client and BCD Media & Entertainment policies to maintain quality.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
