Job summary

CommScope is seeking an Account Manager to grow our Enterprise business across Western Australia and South Australia. You will manage an established portfolio and pursue new opportunities, building strong relationships with customers, distributors, and partners.

This role requires strategic planning, forecast accuracy, and effective stakeholder management. You will develop territory plans, coordinate resources, and deliver compelling technical and commercial responses to close deals.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in B2B account management, business development or solution sales.
• Experience creating new business opportunities while maintaining and growing existing customer relationships.
• Technical or commercial experience in communications, structured cabling, networking, enterprise infrastructure or an associated industry.
• Demonstrated capability in account planning, project planning, pipeline development, forecasting and commercial negotiation.
• Experience using D365 or a comparable CRM platform, together with strong Microsoft Office skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, presentation and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to work autonomously and virtually, while collaborating effectively across functions and locations.
• Ability to travel within the assigned territory as required.

Responsibilities

• Manage and grow existing accounts in Western Australia and South Australia.
• Build trusted, long-term relationships with customers and partners.
• Develop and execute account plans to retain revenue and drive engagement.
• Lead regular reviews and provide clear, actionable actions.
• Prepare proposals, negotiate and progress opportunities to close.
