Job summary

Perpetual Wealth is seeking an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our digital marketing capability, driving lead generation, conversion optimisation and digital performance across our wealth management businesses.

This role owns the digital ecosystem including website strategy, content management, analytics, marketing technology and user experience, partnering with senior leaders, technology teams and external agencies.

Qualifications

5+ years in digital marketing, website management or marketing tech.
Hands-on with Optimizely.
Experience managing enterprise websites and lead gen campaigns.
Strong SEO, CRO, and digital journeys.
Experience with GA, GTM and performance reporting.
Data-driven to drive measurable outcomes.
Experience with CMS and governance.
Exposure to Salesforce Marketing Cloud/Sales Cloud.

Responsibilities

Lead development and management of Perpetual Wealth websites and digital platforms.
Drive SEO, CRO, analytics and AI-enabled marketing.
Design and implement lead generation, nurture and conversions.
Manage content, campaigns and experiences via Optimizely.
Develop A/B testing and continuous improvement.
Leverage insights to optimise performance.
Collaborate with tech teams and agencies on enhancements.
Support marketing automation and customer journey optimisation.
Own marketing technology platforms and digital governance.
