Job summary

Jellyfish Australia seeks an Analytics Specialist to own enterprise measurement within our Martech team. You will design and implement GA4 and GTM setups for web and app, build robust data layers, and QA tracking pipelines while collaborating with Google and major advertisers.

You translate complex client needs into scalable tagging strategies, build Looker Studio dashboards, and provide privacy-conscious guidance. A hands-on, collaborative mindset is essential.

Qualifications

• 3+ years hands-on GA4 and GTM experience with server-side tracking and CAPI integrations.
• Fluent JavaScript/HTML skills for custom data layers, APIs, and web/app tracking.
• Experience configuring Consent Mode and CMPs within privacy regulations.
• Proficient SQL for BigQuery data modeling and dashboards (Looker Studio/Power BI/Tableau).

Responsibilities

• Design, build, QA, and maintain GTM setups (GA4, web, app) with data layers and hygiene.
• Implement server-side integrations (Meta, TikTok) and consent frameworks (CMP, Consent Mode).
• Query raw event data in BigQuery to validate tracking and assemble reporting datasets.
• Design Looker Studio dashboards translating metrics into actionable marketing recommendations.
• Be the primary technical contact, turning marketing asks into practical solutions with trade-offs.
• Advise clients on measurement approaches (attribution, incrementality, geo-testing, MMM).
• Leverage AI tools to draft and debug code under governance while supporting measurement strategies.
• Create implementation guides and conduct client training.
