Job summary

Qoves Inc. is seeking a hands-on DevOps/Infrastructure Engineer to own and evolve our hybrid cloud and on-premises environments.

You will design, implement, and secure scalable Kubernetes clusters, build robust CI/CD pipelines, and enforce zero-trust networking across distributed systems. You will document infrastructure decisions, codify deployments with Terraform/Ansible, and lead security policy initiatives while mentoring the technical team.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in DevOps or infrastructure engineering, building from scratch.
• Hybrid cloud and self-hosted infra with security-focused design.
• Kubernetes production design, operations and scale experience.
• Scripting skills in Python, Bash, or Go for automation.
• Proficient in Terraform/Ansible and CI/CD tooling.

Responsibilities

• Architect and maintain our hybrid infrastructure spanning AWS CDN, bare metal, and Kubernetes clusters.
• Design and implement CI/CD pipelines with build testing, versioning and change logging.
• Enforce zero-trust networking and secure connectivity across distributed systems.
• Define and codify infrastructure as code for repeatable deployments.
• Lead security policy development and documentation for scale.
• Develop observability and monitoring across production environments.
