Job summary

Enlighten is seeking a highly motivated and experienced DevOps Engineer to join our fast-paced development team in Maryland. The ideal candidate will have strong working knowledge in Kubernetes and Container Orchestration, CI/CD, AWS, Linux systems administration, scripting in Bash and programming in Python, and a background in Big Data solutions.

Qualifications

• Must obtain TS/SCI clearance and be a U.S. citizen.
• 2+ years DevOps or software development; or 0 with a Masters; or 6 years with HS diploma.
• Experience with container orchestration (Kubernetes or similar).
• Experience with AWS services and deployment of infrastructure.
• Experience with Terraform and Ansible.
• Programming in Python, Bash, or Go.

Responsibilities

• Support the development and deployment of cloud infrastructure in AWS, especially EKS.
• Automate deployment processes and implement CI/CD pipelines.
• Manage Kubernetes containers and AWS cloud infrastructure.
• Collaborate with development teams to integrate applications into operations.
• Monitor production systems and troubleshoot issues to maintain high availability.
• Continuously improve processes and tools to optimize performance.
• Stay current with new technologies and industry trends.
• Other duties as assigned.
