Job summary

Capgemini in Australia is seeking a Delivery & Go To Market Executive for Digital Customer Experience (DCX) to drive growth, solutioning and delivery excellence. Based in Sydney, Melbourne or Brisbane, you will lead large transformation programs with executive influence across Adobe, Salesforce, Dynamics 365, and CDP platforms.

You will own DCX strategy, sales pursuits and delivery health, while mentoring teams and expanding the DCX practice across Australia.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Technology, Business or related field.
• 20+ years of experience in Digital Transformation, Consulting, Delivery and Business Development.
• Proven track record managing large digital transformation programs and strategic client portfolios.
• Demonstrated success in sales, account growth and revenue ownership.
• Deep understanding of Digital Customer Experience technologies and ecosystems.

Responsibilities

• Own DCX sales pipeline development and revenue growth across strategic accounts.
• Lead delivery of large digital customer experience transformation programs.
• Manage portfolio P&L including revenue, margins, forecasting, utilization and profitability.
• Lead multi-vendor delivery teams across Australia and offshore locations.
• Drive delivery excellence through Agile, DevSecOps, Modern Engineering and Automation.
