• Strong written and verbal English skills.

Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries via email, chat, and phone regarding orders, subscription adjustments, and deliveries.
• Handle routine e-commerce administration, order updates, and logistics tracking to ensure smooth dispatch.
• Resolve customer delivery or product inquiries with care, maintaining our high standard of customer satisfaction.
• Work closely with the Administration Manager and Customer Service team to report recurring issues or customer feedback.
