Keyton is a leading Australian retirement living operator seeking a part-time, fully remote Customer Service Representative. You will be the first contact for customers and residents, handling enquiries, registrations and CRM updates while working from a dedicated home office across Australia.

You’ll support sales and resident services teams, communicate clearly, and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in customer service.
• Excellent verbal and written communication.
• Ability to work remotely with reliable internet.

Responsibilities

• Handle inbound enquiries via phone, email and online channels.
• Respond to customer enquiries within agreed service levels.
• Provide support to prospective residents, current residents and families.
• Maintain accurate customer information in CRM systems (Salesforce).
• Manage event registrations for sales and marketing initiatives.
• Support Resident Services Hotline and email enquiries, including handling feedback.
