Job summary

Axon is seeking a Manager, Customer Deployments to lead a team delivering complex enterprise deployments of Axon Enterprise products, including Axon Evidence and related hardware and software. You will guide onboarding, configuration, training, deployment and early adoption to ensure customers realise value.

Reporting to the Sr. Director Professional Services, International, you will foster a high‑performing, customer‑obsessed team with strong governance and collaboration.

Qualifications

• Leadership experience in managing teams in dynamic environments.
• Specialised operating experience in Digital Video, Mobile Communications, or SaaS.
• Proven project management and resource-tracking with cross-functional coordination.
• Technical comfort with networking concepts and mobile apps to troubleshoot.
• Strong understanding of Axon solutions; law enforcement experience is a plus.
• Proven ability to drive and track multiple projects with problem-solving skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 40% within Australia, with some international travel.
• Bachelor’s degree in Management, Business, IT, Information Systems, or related engineering discipline.

Responsibilities

• Guide, mentor, and develop the Service Delivery Team; conduct performance reviews and coaching.
• Manage resources to meet project demands and balance workloads.
• Lead complex enterprise deployments with change management, demonstrations, and workshops.
• Collaborate with business and IT leaders to define vision, scope, and timelines for deliverables.
• Maintain deep knowledge of Axon products and services; ensure successful installation, configuration, and testing.
• Document customer feature requests and issues for feedback to sales and product teams.
• Support strategic planning with senior directors to identify optimization opportunities.
