Job summary

Employment Hero is a global HRTech leader offering an Employment Operating System for hiring, HR, payroll and benefits. We are seeking a Conversion (CRO) Designer to shape experimentation lifecycle across our website, turning insights into high-converting design variants to drive growth.

You’ll drive A/B tests, prototype rapidly with Claude, and evolve scalable design systems while collaborating with cross-functional teams to raise design quality and funnel performance.

Qualifications

• 3 to 5 years designing for the web with live websites or landing pages in portfolio
• AI-first toolkit usage for research, prototyping, and critique (Claude preferred)
• Strong conversion instincts, experimentation experience, and understanding of hierarchy, trust, friction, and form design

Responsibilities

• Drive high-velocity A/B test variants across homepage, landing pages, forms, and AI experiences
• Prototype and deliver HTML/CSS variants using AI workflows while staying on-brand
• Evolve design systems and web kits for scalable, reusable patterns
• Collaborate with developers, marketing, SEO, and web teams to present visual rationale and improve funnel quality
• Design full landing pages and templates when experimentation isn’t ideal
• Review test results, heatmaps, and session data with CRO analyst to identify winning patterns
