Job summary

Right Hook Digital is seeking a Creative Production Specialist to raise the creative execution standard and embed scalable workflows across the team. You will work with the Head of Creative Strategy to implement training, playbooks, and AI-powered production processes that improve consistency and outcomes.

The role emphasizes teaching, audits, and capability-building rather than management, with roughly eight hours per week spanning live trainings, audits, and development of AI workflows.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of performance creative experience.
• Experience training, mentoring or upskilling creative teams.
• Comfortable with AI workflows and production.
• Able to coordinate across AU + US time zones.
• Reliable high-speed internet and a working laptop.
