Qualifications

• Strong hands-on creative skills with a solid understanding of professional post-production workflows.

Our client is an established creative production studio working across advertising, branded content and entertainment. They are looking for a highly experienced Creative Technologist to join their team, bringing together strong post-production expertise, advanced technical capabilities and a genuine passion for creative innovation.

This is a unique hybrid role for someone who understands the craft of post-production, but is equally comfortable exploring, building and implementing new technologies. You will work across creative projects, helping deliver high-quality visual content while developing AI-driven tools, automated processes and technical workflows that improve how the wider studio operates.

You will need to be confident getting on the tools, leading teams of motion designers, editors and other post-production specialists, and translating creative ideas into practical technical solutions.

Beyond project delivery, you will play an important role in shaping how AI and emerging technologies are adopted across the business, establishing best practices, improving production pipelines and helping creative teams work more efficiently without compromising quality.
