Job summary

Right Hook Digital is seeking a Creative Production Specialist to raise the creative execution standard across our entire creative function. You will train, audit, and develop playbooks, frameworks, and AI-enabled production workflows to improve quality and scale of ads.

The role focuses on teaching others to see the difference between effective and ineffective creative, without managing a team. Expect collaboration with our Head of Creative Strategy and a dynamic remote setup across AU and US

Qualifications

• 3+ years of performance creative experience with direct-response ads.
• Experience training or mentoring creative teams.
• Comfortable with AI image/video generation and workflows.
• Able to work across AU and US time zones.
• Reliable high-speed WiFi and own laptop.

Responsibilities

• Raise the creative execution standard across the team through training and playbooks.
• Build creative capability with training programmes across design, video, and thinking.
• Develop creative judgement and provide actionable feedback.
• Push AI-enabled production forward with end-to-end workflows.
• Support Head of Creative Strategy and enable repeatable high-performance output.
