Job summary

HTS Constructions is seeking a WHS Advisor to lead on-site health, safety and environmental oversight on a remote construction project. The role involves inspections, toolbox talks, training delivery, and incident investigations as part of a collaborative site team.

You will coordinate risk assessments, manage permits, and drive continuous improvement in safety performance while operating on a casual FIFO/DIDO roster from Perth, Brisbane or Darwin.

Qualifications

• Experience leading on-site WHS management and safety leadership in remote/civil projects.
• Ability to conduct toolbox talks, inductions and hazard awareness programs.
• Proven track record in incident investigations and corrective actions.

Responsibilities

• Lead on-site WHS management and field-based safety supervision.
• Conduct site inspections, audits and compliance activities.
• Deliver safety training and toolbox talks to site teams.
• Coordinate risk assessments and manage permits to work.
• Investigate incidents with root-cause analysis and reporting.
