Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences or related field.
• Minimum 2 years' clinical project management experience in a CRO.
• Strong knowledge of ICH-GCP and local regulations.
• Experience leading cross-functional clinical trial teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead project kick-off meetings and develop project plans.
• Coordinate feasibility planning and site selection.
• Manage outsourcing activities and vendors.
• Oversee budgets, forecasting and changes to scope.
• Set up sites and oversee staffing and resourcing.
• Ensure milestones and deliverables are met.
